Blossoms of My Life Scholarships

Message from the Board of Trustees

Blossoms of My Life Ministries is a non-profit organization rooted in faith, compassion and the universal mesh of people trying to make the world a better place. We were founded by Ramona Trevino in 2018 and have been working towards making a positive change in the world and in the lives of those who were faithless. We believe that we are here to make a positive change in the world through radio, speaking engagements, and writing. We have decided to give scholarships/grants to individuals who show character that relates to who we are as an organization.

The 2026 scholarships were given in honor of Gorette Maciel. Gorette had a deep passion for animals. She loved and cared for all animals. She rescued many animals and homed them or found new homes for them. She loved the beach, nature and talking to people about God. Gorette lost her battle to cancer on Jan 28, 2026.  She had a deep relationship with the Lord and wanted everyone to know about Jesus and the truth of salvation. She memorized scriptures and shared them with her family every given opportunity.

This year's recipients were:

Jasmine Cano, Ricardo Garcia, Danica Degroff, Katherine Martinez and Natalie Lehn
